As the Mid-Level Systems Administrator, you will work within Resolvit's IT Team to support all our global on-premises and cloud infrastructure, information systems, and cybersecurity programs. You will administer networks, servers, and lead junior personnel in managing endpoint users and devices. Additionally, you will:

• Deploy new systems on-premises and in the cloud while performing recurrent systems administration tasks.
• Collaborate in the creation of cybersecurity controls, processes, and policies.
• Provide Tier 1-3 technical support over the phone using remote access tools.
• Travel about once a month (for 2 to 3 days at a time) to our remote offices.
• Coordinate and negotiate with IT suppliers.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• Bachelor of Science degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive IT administration experience, preferably with a company with 100 to 2000 users
• 4+ years of hands-on experience installing and supporting Windows 10 and MAC computers (imaging, setup, updates, GPOs, remote control, software deployments and overall level 2 support)
• 2+ years of experience with Office 365 technologies (email, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint)
• 4+ years of experience with network troubleshooting and administration (Ethernet, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, routers, switches)
• 2+ years of experience in Windows Servers support (2008, 2012, 2016) and related components (Hyper-V, Active Directory, File Server, PowerShell Scripting, Group Policy, DFS, etc.)
• Knowledge of Intune and Azure AD technologies (Hybrid setups, Policies, Application Control)
• Knowledge of Azure server/network administration and support (resources, subscriptions, and cost control as well as AD, AADS, VMs, Storage, Virtual Networks, routing paths, security controls, PowerShell, WVD, backups, and failover components)

Great Additional Skills:

• Desktop Central, Sophos, Service Desk, SharePoint, PRTG, and Veeam experience
• CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ certification
• Spanish fluency
