Who You Are

Interested in resolving IT-related issues for end-users that have software and hardware-related requests?


As an IT Systems Administrator, you would support internal systems in Windows, Mac, and Linux while managing the operational end-user equipment, as well.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for maintenance and configuration of our end-users’ workstations
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, and integrate automation processes
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
  • Test solutions to ensure they are successful and then implement those solutions
  • Complete various project deliverables, such as rolling out and implementing new technology
  • Research best practices or relevant topics for Vail users and provide training for employee consumption
  • Manage Security Patches utilizing our MDM System
  • Ship, receive, recycle, and document assets using our asset inventory system

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Helpdesk role
  • Familiarity with active directory
  • Knowledge of the major operating systems (Linux, Windows, and Mac)
  • Experience working with desktop and laptop hardware
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as Jira, preferred
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot logs, preferred
