Description
The role of the Systems Coordinator is to ensure harmony and security of company software and processes. The scope of work would span across all regions and segments aligning technical resources with strategic objectives. The Systems Coordinator must have the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, a passion for assisting others in providing exceptional customer service, and an ability to both focus on detail-oriented tasks while considering overall big-picture impact of daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with collaborative, virtual groups to improve internal processes and facilitate the completion of systems-oriented projects to increase revenue and service to clients.
Essential Duties:
• Administration of Office365 including company use of email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
• Administration of systems security including regular audits and training.
- Ability to troubleshoot user issues in a variety of internally used software including our NetSuite, OpenAir , HubSpot, WordPress, and other ancillary programs.
- Attend and participate in all required meetings.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently with ability plan, coordinate and organize work effectively.
The Systems Coordinator will follow all Company Standards in the execution of the following duties and other duties as assigned.
- Monitor all internal systems for updates, prioritize and implement new features, troubleshoot as issues they arise, and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish security audit program to ensure all employees are performing work functions through secure processes and systems.
- Establish recurring training to emphasize importance of email and system security.
- Monitor shared mailbox troubleshooting issues as they arise. Act as the liaison between our company and the various services we outsource.
- Participate in various cross functional teams to improve the use of, or implement new processes, procedures, software, or services.
- Various reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a computer science field or comparable certifications or experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Microsoft O365 Administration
• Proficient with multiple software applications
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Takes pride and ownership in work and strives for self-improvement
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills
