Join us as an IT Systems Engineer on our Compute and Connectivity team. This will role will be based in Chesterbrook, PA.
How you'll make an impact
As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, mentoring, and assistance to other members of the Compute and Connectivity team, and end-users of all levels, with a broad variety of software and hardware issues. This position requires a great attitude, good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide second and third-level technical support, as well as, the ability to research, resolve and escalate IT issues when necessary.
What you'll do

• Lead and manage Projects for major initiatives such as mail migrations and new implementations.
• Provide support services to both local and offsite customers with technical problems and requests including connectivity, access, computer hardware, operating system, and software application functions in accordance with SLA's.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user, end-user network, e-mail, automation, and web access problems.
• Support office equipment including network, cabling, voice, video rooms, and security systems where applicable.
• Maintain and track inventory of all computer hardware and software.
• Administration of Google Workspace, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, and other technologies as required.
• Develop documentation, Standard Operation Procedures, and train Level 1 & 2 resources on new and existing technology platforms

The experience you bring

• 3+ Years of experience supporting the following:
• Current Microsoft, MacOS, Linux client operating systems
• Apple iOS, Android
• Using ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow
• Google Workspace, Outlook Client
• Video conferencing technologies, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Additional experience desired

• A B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, IT, or related field or an ACSP, MCSE/MSTSC, or other technical certifications, ITIL certification. Equivalent relevant experience and diplomas may also substitute for a degree
• Scripting, automation, and software packaging experience with tools like Intune or JAMF
