As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll report to our VP, Enterprise Systems, partnering with other engineers to accomplish ambitious goals and provide unforgettable technology support to the Evolve team. You will be working with the best in-class technology stack to support the business. You will use your technical knowledge and specialized skills to support, build, implement, and improve technology solutions.  We approach our work with a hospitality mindset and we’re looking for someone who will bring that same mentality to their everyday work.Â
What you’ll do
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, SaaS application software and system management tools.
- Research, design and implement new company wide IT solutions in areas such as Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management and Security, Collaboration Tools and more.
- Ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability based on firmware / security updates and patching.
- Monitor and test platforms, applications, and processes for potential bottlenecks, identify solutions, and work with teammates to implement those fixes.
- Escalation point for tickets in areas such as user administration, security, and hardware management. Available on call for critical issues.
- Use a problem-solving mindset, understanding pain points, and implementing solutions across departments to improve existing processes.
- Work closely with the Information Security team to harden the systems, platforms, and devices.
- Ensure we are continually up to date and optimized in managing licensing and assets of enterprise technology, partnering with vendors on renewals.
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of well-rounded IT experience, preferably in a highly cloud-based environment.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management, specifically Okta, Azure AD, account. provisioning via SCIM/JIT - creating and managing attributes, passing data, and troubleshooting provisioning issues.
- Experience with Zero-trust security and network connectivity.
- Demonstrated experience managing a fleet of laptops (Windows and MAC based) and using supporting MDM or UEM solutions (i.e. Intune).
- Experience working with powershell - writing scripts, troubleshooting various windows issues, interacting with devices through remote shell to get or set data.
- Detailed experience and knowledge around the Windows operating system including working with the registry, services, and file systems.
- Experience managing a large user base of 800+ employees.
- A passion for technology and customer service and ability to run multiple technical projects at once.
- Understanding of and experience in implementing changes related to data security programs that are PCI and industry compliant.
- Experience with applications such as GSuite, Microsoft365, Slack, and Zoom.
LocationÂ
We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S except in the following states: District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Pennsylvania. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!

Compensation
For this role our salary range is $111,000 to $128,000, depending on relevant experience.
Additional compensation details:Â
Equity: $25,000 in RSUs.
