Position Summary
SHEIN Global Security and Risk Management (GSRM) is a global security organization that oversees security infrastructure, risk management, data privacy, business fraud, governance, and regulatory compliance across SHEIN's global footprint. It is composed of a team of security professionals, innovators and thought leaders that have had decades of global security experience, led large scale transformations, and served in Fortune 500 executive roles.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Systems Engineer (Official Title: Senior IT Systems Engineer I) with a passion for technology to join our team in our Los Angeles-based corporate office. The Senior System Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, with a focus on Azure AD, Intune, Windows, and Mac OS environments. Job Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) environments, including user provisioning, authentication, and security configurations.
- Manage user identities, access controls, and permissions using Okta for seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation.
- Deploy, manage, and support Microsoft applications and services, including Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 and OneDrive.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, application deployment, and endpoint security across Windows and Mac OS platforms.
- Utilize Microsoft Intune to manage mobile devices and applications, including policy creation, device enrollment, and remote troubleshooting.
- Endpoint Detection and Response (Crowdstrike)
- Manage Windows server environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server hardware and software components.
- Provide expert-level support for Windows operating systems, addressing user issues, system errors, and performance concerns.
- Configure and manage virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V or VMware, to ensure optimal server resource utilization and efficient workload management.
- Administer Mac OS systems, addressing user requirements, software deployment, and system updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business needs.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement system improvements.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance and knowledge sharing to support their professional growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise IT and technology field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on Azure AD, Intune, Windows, and Mac OS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Okta, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in DNS/DHCP/VPN/802.1x/Radius/SSL/PKI.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Firewall/Switches/Routers.
- Strong knowledge of Identity Management Platforms, Cloud/On-premises data and file storage, SSO/SAML.
- Microsoft certifications, such as MCSE or MCSA, and other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Expertise in managing Azure AD environments, including user management, identity and access management, and security configurations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, application deployment, and endpoint security.
- Strong knowledge of Windows server operating systems (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019), including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Experience with Mac OS system administration, software deployment, and user support.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation and process improvement.
- Knowledge of network protocols, security protocols, and firewall configurations.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical documentation and user support.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skillset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
