IT Systems Engineer, US

We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to provide internal IT systems support for Branch Employees. This role involves working closely with Branch users, while also managing internal and external user systems. Internal IT infrastructure systems will also require management. This role will be responsible for supporting our entire worldwide Branch team, including NA, EMEA and APAC regions. This role reports directly to the Head of IT.

As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll get to:

• Provide Tier 3 support to Branch Users globally.
• Manage internal Active Directory System.
• Manage Branch User Accounts. 
• Work with internal Branch IT on various projects including security, asset management, and automation.
• Manage the internal systems in the Branch Palo Alto office. 
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for the IT department. 

You’ll be a good fit if you have: 

• 3+ years experience in an IT systems engineering role. 
• Excellent macOS knowledge, including CLI management.
• Microsoft Active Directory Management.
• Networking, including DNS, Subnetting, Layer2/3, VPN, Palo Alto Networks
• AWS and Azure Experience.
• Microsoft Excel experience.
• Security experience, such as SSO and SAML.
• Experience in JAMF, OneLogin, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure & JIRA Atlassian.
• Scripting knowledge in macOS and PowerShell. 

This role will be based at our Palo Alto office and follows a Hybrid schedule of being in office a minimum of 3 days per week.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Palo Alto, CA is $125,248 - $159,650. Compensation will be based on experience and level.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Palo Alto, CA only. Compensation for candidates outside of Palo Alto, CA will be based on the candidate’s specific work location.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
