Logic Shield IT Systems Specialist

Decision Logic is an analytics, forecasting and management solution for growing restaurant concepts across the world. As a part of this solution, Decision Logic provides the ability to remotely administer and monitor restaurant in-house equipment and system health to ensure security, smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Within this role, you will provide systems support and customer service to Decision Logic clients enrolled in the remote monitoring and management project. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented engineer who is committed to the success of our customers. Major duties and qualifications include:

Network Engineer
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki equipment and management dashboard
  • Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
  • Configuring and supporting network equipment including firewalls, switches, access points, DNS and DHCP
  • Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
  • Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
  • Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Arranging scheduled upgrades
  • Investigating faults in the network
  • Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
  • Knowledge of PCI Network Requirements to ensure customers are PCI compliant

IT Helpdesk Support

  • Installing and configuring computer software and systems
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company and all customers
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Replacing equipment as necessary (working with vendors)
  • Testing new technology
  • Knowledge of RMM tools (ConnectWise, Webroot, Meraki, RapidFire)
  • Providing training to customers on tools offered
  • Running PCI audits on customer environments
  • Completing daily tasks to ensure customer environments remain PCI compliant


We are looking for someone who will
  • Excel in Customer Service and enjoy working with customers via email or phone
  • Self-start and will look for ways to improve processes and services
  • Continuously keep themselves up to date on changes in technology and security
  • Collaborate with team members honestly and effectively
  • Actively resolve customer issues and maintain professionalism throughout all work


Requirements

  • 1 year experience with customer service
  • 2 years experience with network management
  • Understanding of PCI Security Standards

Nice to Have
  • Cisco Networking certifications
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Security certifications
