The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to manage and guide a team of IT professionals. You will oversee IT projects, maintain infrastructure, and ensure optimal system performance while driving innovation and technical excellence across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient collaboration and growth.
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring security and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Implement IT policies, best practices, and continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT trends to drive innovation.

What We Expect From You:

  • Proven experience in an IT leadership role with strong technical expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
  • A proactive approach to team development and continuous learning.
