THE ROLE: IT Team Lead
Job Summary:
Presidio is seeking anIT Team Lead, Software Developmentto join our team in a remote capacity.This individual will work in concert with our .Net and D365 development and analyst teams to create solutions for our stakeholders.
Travel Requirements:
This position does not require any travel. This is aremote role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, design, document, and prototype solutions that fit the needs of the various teams
- Communicate new development concepts and ensure best practice coding standards for onshore and offshore teams
- Development of robust and user-friendly .NET-based web applications.
- Supervise and Mentor direct reports
- Perform code reviews
- Design and implement functionality using javascript frameworks
- Design and implement API's and Infrastructure software
- Design and implement efficient data structures following standards and best practices
- Collaborate with the DevOps team in designing and maintaining code branching strategies, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
- Application/Framework design as needed.
- Provide creative solutions to problems identified by other team members
Additional Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability

- Solid organizational and time management skills
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of OOP and common design patterns.
- Ability to coach other developers on best practices etc.
- Thorough knowledge of C#, ASP, ASP.NET, and SQL Server required
- Experience in DevOps
- Knowledge of JQuery, Javascript and HTML/HTML5 required
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP and REST web services required
- Knowledge of Javascript MVC framework VUE.js required
- Experience with source control like Github
- Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure is required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience.
- 10+ years of programming experience.
- 6 years of experience with Agile Development methodologies (SCRUM) and service-oriented architecture.
