About the role
Join Partner Solutions (PSI) Network Operations & Security team as an IT Technical Advisor Senior – Network Operations. 

How you will contribute to our success:

• Monitor and implement network improvements to maintain efficiency and performance, reduce incidents and meet the organisation’s needs. 

• Support the development of scalable network architecture designs aligned with the industry’s norms and standards as well as the organisation's needs

• Proactively detect any network related issues and provide expertise to solve complex problems such as, but not limited to availability, performance and security.

• Work with third-party vendors, service providers and clients to follow up on on-going cases 

• Document and maintain SOPs related to policies and procedures 

• Coordinate and implement updates of network software and hardware equipment 

• Collaborate in the enhancement of the organisation’s network security posture by implementing industry best practices to prevent incidents.

• Provide recommendations and support in network-related initiatives. 

Requirements

• Master's degree in information technology, Network Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant fields.

• 5-8 years' experience as a Senior Network Advisor 

• Recognized certification such as PCNSE, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CEH is an asset

• In-depth knowledge of networking fundamentals, routing, switching and network devices

• Great knowledge of Network security concepts 

• Excellent team player, capacity to work with different internal and external teams 

• Ability to problem-solve complex network-related issues

• Ability to work with different operating systems

• Capacity to communicate highly technical concepts to different audiences

• Client oriented 

• Capacity to work with different internal and external teams

• Motivated by challenges and an ever-changing environment

• Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country. 

• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
