We are looking for a talented IT Technical Analyst - Senior to join our team specializing in CARE & WARRANTY IT MANAGEMENT for our Distribution Segment in Nashville, Tennessee, US . (Hybrid)

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead the effort, working with the business, to define and document what constitutes business success for medium to large size initiatives within a single organization.
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements across the five aspects (process, information, event, socio-political, and location), as appropriate for the large initiative
• Elicit, analyse, and documents non-functional business requirements.
• Lead or conduct requirements management activities, as necessary, ensuring that the impact of changes is well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organization
• May either lead or work as part of a team to gather requirements.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Have a strong understanding of Oracle databases, database design, and SQL performance characteristics - required
• Experience working with Linux, C++, Java, Apache Tomcat, Apache Webserver - required.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development - required
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role - preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
