The Role

From the technical side, here are some of the skills we're looking for:

• Execute discovery process for Key Projects as assigned (Government Restructuring, Request Management Framework, User Personas, Stakeholder Engagement, Process Improvements)
• Create Stakeholder analysis
• Create Business and technical requirements
• Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings
• Escalate unresolved issues/risks, options and recommendations
• Provide input on project schedule, strategies and resource requirements
• Maintain collaborative relationship with key stakeholders
• Monitor activities to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved
• Ensure project risks and potential obstacles are communicated and understood
• Validate functionality built by developers through acceptance testing
• Participate in the development of User Lifecycle framework, Request Management framework and processes
• Assist in the development and enhancement of related standards and procedures
• Work with stakeholders to ensure knowledge articles, communication and service support are defined
• Identify required user training
• Provide status reports as required
