Job Description

IT/Technical Program Manager

Location: EST or CST

Sprinklr is looking for a seasoned project manager who can keep our IT initiatives on target and on budget. Focusing on cross-functional IT initiatives, you will work with key users from different business groups to implement platform changes that will have a direct impact to Sprinklr's ability to deliver value to our customers and appropriately support our growth at scale . You are passionate about solving problems through technology, highly organized, and have outstanding analytical and communication skills.

About the Role (what you'll be doing)

  • Develop comprehensive project charters which define the scope, objectives, success factors, deliverables, and resource requirements aligning to enterprise strategies
  • Set project goals and define performance criteria such as quality standards, deadlines and cost requirements
  • Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for achieving set objectives
  • Work closely with System and Business Analysts to develop detailed business requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans that identify tasks, timelines, dependencies, critical path items, resource requirements, etc.
  • Continuously monitor the health of projects and escalate issues and challenges as required
  • Lead project meetings and status reporting sessions
  • Creates and maintains project management processes and procedures to ensure that projects are developed and implemented according to approved business requirements
  • Provides leadership and direction to the IT Project Team in meeting project targets
  • Develop and sustain cross-functional stakeholder relationships to monitor the implementation of critical strategic initiatives, ensure alignment, drive continuous prioritization, change management, and support risk management as needed

About You

  • 8+ years' experience managing IT projects, including a minimum of 3 years managing medium-scale IT Business System implementations
  • Ability to work independently toward goals. Ability to multitask and prioritize information effectively, especially during periods of high activity.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the corporate organization.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation, and IT knowledge articles
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Endpoint, JAMF, Intune is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Atlassian/Jira, and other project management planning tools.
  • Report project status, risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders and senior management weekly.
  • PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification a plus
  • Agile/Scrum methodology or certification experience a plus

Compensation Range

$110,000 - $146,000 - $183,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees' health, well-being, and financial protection. The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
