Job Description:

Drive efficient and effective deployment of Software ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) & DevSecOps tools with additional focus on Export controlled toolchain. You will help in deploying and upgrade of IBM ClearCase/ClearQuest and Atlassian tools and drive efficient usage. You will act as the direct interface between tools team and users and resolving any user issues/support needs. The key focus will be on Export control toolchain with end-to-end ownership and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust Service Desk setup for supporting ITAR Toolchain in IBM Clearcase/ClearQuest and Atlassian tools
  • Define the upgrade and communication plan for the tool's users, send out upgrade, informational and outage notifications
  • Regularly assess and maintain Honeywell Global Security standards including, patching, hardening, use of standardized images
  • Contribute to incident management investigation and root cause analysis
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and contractors for tools development and maintenance activities

>YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience managing ClearCase and ClearQuest with Base/ Unified Change Management(UCM)
  • Must be US Citizen to support restricted content projects

  • Experience in Oracle, PERL, Automation and Change Management
  • Experience in Software Configuration Management (SCM) of development data
