IT Work Orchestration Program Manager
Job Description
This position will influence IT strategy and set objectives for the work orchestration ecosystem, while maintaining an enterprise-wide viewpoint. In addition, this leader will govern overall effectiveness of the training programs related to portfolio management and IT orientation by determining measurement criteria as well as listening to feedback from IT delivery teams/leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
- 7 years of experience within Project/Portfolio Management
- 2 years of supervisory experience required
- Experience with Project and Portfolio Management tools; ServiceNow, Apptio Target Process, and Azure DevOps (ADO) is strongly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge and experience working in Agile environment (SAFe)
- Reporting and Analytics
- Health Plan/Payer and/or Healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to train teams in hybrid work environment

- Self-motivated and independently resolves issues leveraging logical and pragmatic approaches when necessary
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with facilitation, training, and mentoring
- Proven ability to deliver outcomes and is results driven
- Excellent communicator and confident speaker
- Experience with curriculum authoring and evaluating training results through a variety of tools and methods
This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the Minnetonka office for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
