The Role

Are you passionate about asset management and looking for an exciting role where you can make a difference? If so, we have an opportunity for you! As an ITAM Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and timely delivery of asset management services for one of our financial customer.

Your responsibilities will be varied and dynamic, spanning order processing, hardware and software systems, interface with support organizations, monitoring of processes, data flows, and data repositories. You will be tasked with ensuring that assets' data elements are collected, handled, stored, and reported accurately in accordance with vendor licensing terms and conditions. Additionally, you will perform timely asset data updates to maintain the accuracy of the database repository and manage asset discrepancies and compliance resolution processes to closure.

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Provide strategic guidance and expert advice to clients, leveraging deep operational knowledge to drive business improvements and optimize processes.

• Contribute to the automation of tasks through different tools (Big Fix / Service Now).

• Manage hardware and software from an Asset Management perspective

• Provide suggestions and improvement opportunities

• Interface with support organizations to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor processes, data flows, and data repositories.

• Ensure accurate collection, handling, storage, and reporting of asset data.

• Perform timely asset data updates to maintain database accuracy.

• Identify and manage asset discrepancies and resolve compliance issues.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also play a key role in raising awareness of potential asset management issues through technical training on best practices. Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles

• Strong knowledge of software and hardware providers

• Great communication skills

• Strong people management skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

• CSAM, CHAM, or similar certifications

• Advanced English proficiency
