Job Description

Responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts. Makes and executes decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations. Responds to military service inquiries; supports requests for proposals and provisioning determinations; understands and uses various inventory optimization models; forecasts and manages budget requirements; interfaces with company and DoD information management systems; ensures fidelity of asset identification; resolves technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers; prepares status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness.

Specific Job Description:

Position is located at the offsite Depot Support Facility (DSF) in Orlando, FL. Candidate will be responsible for PHS&T RAM, Export Coordination and Warehouse Analyst. Candidate will:

- Ensure program export compliance for ITAR and Commercial shipments. Determine program export licensing requirements, request and monitor status of various export licenses.

- Analyze capacity requirements and develop effective solutions to support best-practice site logistics management.

- Plan, implement and control procedures for the efficient and effective transportation and storage of CFE/GFE/GOCM controlled assets.

- Ensure compliance with state and federal Radioactive Material Regulations as Deputy Radioactive Safety Officer (RSO), including transportation, storage, handling and training requirements.

- Provide oversight for site Hazmat requirements, including transportation, storage, handling and training requirements.

- Provide estimates for future business and develop and monitor PHS&T metrics.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a security clearance• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience• Candidate should have good written and oral skills • High proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)• Able to work effectively in a team environment • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Must be a self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Desired skills

• Experience in Inventory Management, Warehousing, Shipping and Receiving• Awareness and/or experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)• Asset Management System / Supply Chain Management knowledge• Basic understanding of U.S. Army supply operations and regulations• Prior military experience• Prior internship or equivalent working experience with DoD Contractor or Government agency

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $47,800 - $91,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $54,900 - $103,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
