Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead

Role Overview: As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across multiple squads. You’ll be responsible for driving agile practices, facilitating ceremonies, and supporting project management efforts. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership:
  • Lead and coach squads in adopting agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Facilitate iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and promote self-organization within squads.
• Delivery Management:
  • Coordinate and prioritize work across squads to meet project goals.
  • Monitor progress, track metrics, and report on delivery performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and adaptation.
• Project Governance:
  • Assist with project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is an advantage
