As an ITO Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that accurate and complete hypotheses are taken into consideration to win profitable projects at the tender phase.
• Optimizing the part & material definitions at the RFQ stage to make it easier to source.
• Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggesting improvements.
• Developing influencing skills to achieve objectives, and strong influencing of others.
• Managing claims, and at the execution phase you will be coordinating negotiations with commodity managers and local buyers.
• Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects, and programs in the function.
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approaches and methods for solving complex problems.
• Leading design and implementation of projects, with goals of 1-2 years to complete.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Tender and Project Sourcing.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
