ITSM Coordinator

Description

Pay Range: $55,000-$68,000

Leidos currently has an opening for a IT Coordinator to support a DoD customer. The IT Coordinator is primarily responsibility is to perform IT analysis on IT performance metrics. The IT Coordinator will perform other IT related tasks as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform analysis for incidents, service requests, change requests and other IT metrics
• Recommend process updates with a focus on continuous service improvement, including participating in requirements gathering sessions and user acceptance testing for improvement implementation
• Perform regular and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and presentation preparation
• Participate in meetings with contract and client leadership to provide usage data to support their efforts in strategic and budget decision making.
• Other IT related tasks as directed.
• Serve as a backup for other team members

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree (or an Associate's degree and 2 years experience)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products - including Excel pivot tables
• Ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to deal with difficulty customers and de-escalated the situation.
• US Citizen

Clearance Required: Has a DOD SECRET clearance or is able to obtain a DOD SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the IT Change Management process
• ServiceNow ITSM Suite experience, particularly service catalog
• Security+ Certification
• ITIL v4 certification
• Understand the concept of IT services/products offering

Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
