Job Description

The ITSM ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Toolset. As a ServiceNow administrator, your duties are to design, develop, build, and customize applications or provide support responsibilities to end-users of the software. You administrate the workflows on the software, implement new systems or add-ons, help with problem resolution, and test systems for efficiency. ServiceNow admins also work closely with other IT specialists to ensure that workflow solutions are implemented uniformly across a network.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Work closely on the design and initial deployment of the ServiceNow ITSM Platform.
  • Plan, Test, and Implement platform upgrades. Implement continuous improvements to platform.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation.
  • Day to day Platform support.
  • Focus on KPI measurement and reporting.
  • Security administration, maintenance to include patch and update application and full environmental upgrades.
  • Prepares requirements, SOWs, and supporting documentation and application user guides.
  • Consult and liaison with vendors, or content integrators, managing the relationships, and projects.
  • Review service contracts / statements of work and request edits for approval.


What You'll Need:
  • At least 4 years' experience with ServiceNow Design and Administration.
  • Prior experience with ITIL frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Angular JS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and ServiceNow API skills
  • Working knowledge of General IT Systems and Applications, and ITSM processes.
  • Good written and communications skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes.


Bonus Points:
  • ITIL certifications or training
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • AWS Administration experience
  • Familiarity with DevOps (CI/CD) concepts
  • UI/UX Design Experience
