IT/Technical Analyst (All Levels)

The position will support with development maintenance, and improvement of IT systems and websites, to include compliance with organizational requirements (ex. security). Additionally, the position shall provide recommendations in developing and executing information technology strategy. As a member of an IT Project & Support Team, plans, coordinates and executes projects to deploy IT capabilities to traditional and cloud environments. Provides the hands-on expertise to stand up, network, secure and administer systems and shared services in Linux and Windows standalone and networked environments. Advises other project teams in conducting research and development in cloud environments.

This effort shall include but is not limited to:

- Research and provide recommendations for next generation technologies to improve and enhance business and research processes

- Create information technology strategies capable of enabling collaboration and process improvement among the staff and external organizations

- Work with Chief Information Office and various organizations to ensure information security standards are met

- Support and work with SharePoint and Database efforts to ensure compliance with IT standards and protocols

- Document standard operating procedures for IT accesses

- Support with troubleshooting IT related issues.

- Maintain and analyze IT inventory; recommend and support IT purchases

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science (or 4 equivalent years of experience) plus 4 years of IC IT experience

Demonstrated experience with IC information technology and security processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Lotus Notes

Basic Office 365 Administration

Experience with Amazon Cloud Services management

DoD 8570.01-Manual IAT Level II or higher certifications

Demonstrated experience with IC information technology (Both Linux and Windows), and security processes (Configuration Management (CM) Continuous Monitoring (ConMon), and Assessment & Authorization (A&A).

Demonstrated understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), ICD 503 requirements, and NIST SP 800-53 Security Controls.

Maintain, Support & Improve website and associated links

Knowledge of information technology strategy

Document standard operating procedures for IT accesses

ODNI (SharePoint, Web Cloud Services, Access DB)

Experience with Telos tools (Xacta & Continuum)

Experience with Nessus, SCAP, and MBSA scanning tools

Basic PowerShell understanding and scripting

Experience with Splunk auditing

Experience composing security policies and procedures; and System Security Plans (SSPs)

LCAT Levels:

Expert: Over 10 years' experience in the relevant field/labor category and a Bachelor's degree (or 4 years equivalent experience)

Senior: 5-10 years' experience in the relevant field/labor category and a Bachelor's degree (or 4 years equivalent experience)

Junior: 4 years' experience in the relevant field/labor category and a Bachelor's degree (or 4 years equivalent experience)

Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly required
