Ivanti ITSM Solution Developer

Job Description

We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Ivanti Neurons ITSM Developer to design, develop, and customize solutions within the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement ITSM solutions, optimize processes, and enhance the platform to meet dynamic business requirements. This position requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a thorough understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.

Objectives of the Job

Solution Design and Development:

• Configure and customize Ivanti Neurons ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Enhance workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
• Leverage Ivanti Neurons automation capabilities for process optimizations.

Integrations:

• Build and maintain system integrations with third-party tools and platforms using APIs or Ivanti connectors.
• Ensure seamless data exchange between Ivanti Neurons and other enterprise applications.

Platform Maintenance and Optimization:

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to maintain optimal system performance.
• Optimize platform configurations for improved stability and efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with ITSM process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide recommendations and insights on best practices to improve workflows and user experience.

Documentation:

• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, workflow diagrams, and release notes.

Compliance and Governance:

• Ensure compliance with ITIL standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Personal Skills:

• Ability to analyze business needs and develop innovative technical solutions.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex platform-related issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Business Experience:

• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.

Technical Experience:

• Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or similar platforms.
• In-depth understanding of ITSM/ITIL principles and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or PowerShell, and working knowledge of SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ivanti Neurons ITSM certification or other relevant technical certifications.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM process implementation.
• Knowledge of enterprise service management and workflow automation.

Language Requirements

• Full fluency in English. 
• Fluency in Dutch or French with intermediate knowledge of the other language.
