Rotunda Software, an industry leader in volunteer management software, is seeking a smart, self-motivated individual to wear a variety of hats through a new phase of growth.
The person who fills this position will gain a deep understanding of Rotunda's current clients and products through onboarding and supporting new clients, testing new features, and helping develop support resources. His or her focus will then expand to include content marketing, managing cross-departmental projects, and working directly with the executive team to play an important role in launching a new product.
Due to this position's diverse set of responsibilities, candidates must excel in a variety of disciplines and be capable of producing high-quality work independently. Prior marketing experience is not a requirement for this position, but candidates should have very strong writing skills, the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging, and an interest in refining their ability to connect with an audience. Good listening skills and a passion for helping people understand and use technology are also essential.

Our two flagship products, Volunteer Scheduler Pro and Ministry Scheduler Pro, are actively used by over 3,500 nonprofits to schedule over one million volunteers. Responsibilities
- Supporting and building relationships with prospective and active clients
- Contributing to product documentation, testing new features, creating educational videos, and hosting webinars
- Writing and editing short and long form copy for web pages, email campaigns, blog posts, Google Ads, and more
- Developing and executing on content marketing campaigns
- Managing complex and varied projects
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- A proven ability to excel in a variety of competencies
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to produce high-quality work independently
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Listening skills and a passion for helping people use technology
- A quiet workspace for phone calls and meetings
This is a fully remote position open to candidates living in the continental United States. Priority will be given to candidates living in California, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Virginia.
