This role is vital in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clinicians, administrative staff, and clients, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality behavioral services. Work Hours:Monday through Friday, 11 am - 6:30 pm Responsibilities • Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic environment. • Maintain cleanliness in all areas including offices, restrooms, and common areas. • Handle waste disposal and recycling appropriately. • Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and buffing. • Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. • Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. • Ensure the building is closed and appropriately secured at the end of shift. Qualifications • Proven experience in janitoral or custodial roles. • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. • Basic maintenance skills are a plus. • Excellent communication skills.
