Janitor / Grounds Keeper

Tronson Manufacturing, Inc is a busy and growing machine shop specializing in manufacturing precision parts. We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for our team and visitors. We’re currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor/Groundskeeper to help keep our facilities and grounds in top shape. Job Responsibilities: Indoor Duties: • Sweep, mop, and clean shop floors and office areas • Empty trash bins and replace liners • Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas • Dust surfaces and clean windows as needed • Restock paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers daily • Cleaning outside of CNC machines • Cleaning up spills • Replace lightbulbs Outdoor Duties: • Maintain grounds (sweeping walkways, picking up debris, basic landscaping) • Leaf clearing, as needed by season • Keep entryways clear and clean Other Duties: • Alert management to maintenance or safety issues • Assist with minor facility repairs or special projects as needed • Assist with other shop tasks when required Requirements: • Prior janitorial or facilities maintenance experience preferred • Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment • Comfortable working around machines, tools, and industrial settings • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Physical Setting: • Office • Warehouse Schedule: • Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
