Janitor / Laborer for Retirement Facility

Full-time Janitor-Houseman needed for large retirement facility & banquet facility. Duties will include but not limited to: Prepare rooms for new move-ins; Patch dry wall & painting of various parts in building; Pull and install carpet and flooring; Cleaning & vacuuming & garbage removal; Window Cleaning; Maintain outdoor areas; Other duties as assigned; Dependability and flexibility essential. Must pass fingerprinting, criminal background check and drug testing.
