Janitor/Cleaner

Job Responsibilities As a contracted cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the HOA’s shared community spaces. Duties include: • Cleaning and sanitizing3 barbecue grill areas(including safe bristle-free grill cleaning). • Emptying and cleaning6 community trash cans(with potential for 2 additional). • Cleaningpicnic tables and shade structures. • Removing ashes from agrill ash bin. • Performinglitter and pet waste pickupthroughout the community, including alleyways. • Applyingeco-friendly odor-control solutions (LOD)to eliminate pet waste odors. • Wiping downshared mailboxes, utility closet doors, entrance monument, fire extinguisher cabinets, railings, lights, and address numbersnear garages and front doors. • Removingcobwebsfrom common structures. Schedule • 2x per week:Mondays & Fridays, during the day. • Approx.3 hours per visit(~6 hours weekly). Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week Work Location: In person
