Janitorial Route Cleaner

DMS Facility Services is currently seeking multipleJanitorial Route Cleanersto assist one of our well-established clients. The desired candidates will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining multiple assigned locations by performing duties such as emptying trash, sanitizing common areas, restrooms and surfaces. Shift: 1st- 6:00am-4:30pm 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-2:30am Pay Rate: $18-18.50 / Hour Responsibilities: · Cleaning and Sanitizing · Waste Management- emptying trash cans and replacing liners · Traveling between multiple assigned locations · Restocking- Replenishing supplies Required Skills and Qualifications: · Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods · Effectively communicating with supervisors, clients and coworkers via a two-way radio · Familiarity with cleaning equipment and techniques · Valid Driver license and good driving Record · Must pass a background check · Weekend and holiday availability Please submit your resume if you are interested and we will contact you to schedule an Interview!
