Janitorial Supervisor

Job description Job description Brilliant General Maintenance is looking for an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join the team! Responsibilities: - Supervises, schedules, assigns, and inspects the janitorial staff of 25+ employees in the daily cleaning of buildings as well as all special client requests in accordance with established cleaning and safety procedures. - Design, coordinate, and oversee systems and procedures that will facilitate smooth quality service. - Establish and maintain open lines of communication with employees, management, and clients. - Performs all duties and responsibilities as assigned in a timely and effective manner to achieve the overall objectives of this position. - Sends reports to clients and upper management of daily operations. Qualifications: - Knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time management and leadership skills. Requirements: - 2+ years of Janitorial experience or proven experience in a similar role. - Must possess a valid CA Driver's License with a clean DMV record. -Bilingual English/Spanish Please submit your application and resume [email protected].
