January '24 Project Management Residency

NOTE: The Project Management Resident position is an entry-level three-month temporary residency that requires you to come into the office 2-3x a week. .  There is potential to go full time immediately following the residency.  All full time employment will be expected to work out of the New York office in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, priorities and deliverables with team stakeholders (internal and client) throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews
• Assist in writing small SOWs, as assigned by PM
• Assist with client needs as they arise
• Understands the internal goals of the team, and the goals of the client
• Learn the ins and outs of a fast paced creative agency
• Partners with applicable account team members to ensure project health, on-time delivery, and brand health.
• Ability to take meeting notes with clarity
• Understands the internal goals of the team, and the goals of the client
• Perform successfully under tight timelines

WORK SCHEDULE:

You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday.  We have three residency classes a year: January, June, and September.

Salary: $18.00 per hour
