Japanese Bilingual Accountant

■Overview: We are seeking Japanese Bilingual Accountant position for Japanese-based company. ■Job type Full time, permanent ■Working schedule 9 am to 6 pm(Monday - Friday) ■Compensation 60-62K Health insurance: 100% company covers employee and family 401k+matching, life insurance, PTO, etc. ■Responsibilities: • Payments & Recording: Execute daily payments based on invoices and accurately record them in the accounting ledgers. • Financial Record Management: Maintain and manage all financial records, including ledgers and journals, with precision. • Reporting & Cash Management: Prepare essential financial statements (balance sheets, income, cash flow) and manage daily cash positions and forecasts. Assist with borrowing, deposits, and interest calculations. • Closings & Analysis: Conduct month-end and year-end closings, and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement. • Budgeting & Consolidation: Support budgeting and forecasting processes, and help prepare consolidation packages for headquarters. • Compliance & Licensing: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements. Handle new business license acquisition and renewals. • Audits & Information: Collaborate on audits and financial reviews, providing necessary documentation and support. ■Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred -Japanese bilingual -Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
