Job description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, clarify, and resolve policy related inquiries/transactions from customers for personal lines business.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverage, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Establish and maintain customer relations.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Required Skills:
- Speaking, reading, and writing Japanese strongly preferred
- 1 - 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in insurance industry.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Has Property & Casualty insurance license or must be willing to obtain license
- Excellent communication skills - writing, verbal, and listening
Education:
- Minimum A.A. degree preferred
