What You'll Do

• The role is for a logistics architect who can also serve as a delivery anchor for project delivery.
• A logistics domain would be required as this resource will be focused on complex Logistics initiatives.
• Architecting/designing solutions with internal and 3rd party systems.
• ProShip or other carrier compliance/carrier selection solutions.
• Transportation systems.
• Working with vendors and coordinating design and delivery activities across multiple parties.
• Long-term thinking for specific solutions: 2-3 year horizon
• Analyzes and provides guidance for architectural solutions to development and technology initiatives, and operational problems, focusing on adaptable and sustainable solutions.
• Takes direction from Sr. Architects· IT business systems, business processes, or technologies within a domain, e.g.: Store Systems architect, Network architect.

What You Know

• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Have worked on strategy initiatives transforming Business Vision into Target Architecture and Roadmap
• Experience working on Cloud based solutions on any of the leading Public Cloud Platform. 
• Experience on Azure will be Plus 
• Experience with NoSQL, AKS, AI & ML 
• Experience of architecting and designing highly scalable, resilient customer facing applications 
• Prior experience of Retail will be a plus

Education

• 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.

Compensation Band

• $150-160k per year
