About the Job:

As a Java Developer, you will be tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications. This role requires a blend of innovation and precision to ensure our software solutions are both effective and efficient.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, reliable Java applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and integrate solutions
• Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
• Ensure all software developed adheres to industry standards and project specifications

What You’ll Bring with You:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a major programming language like, C++, C#, Golang and obviously Java is highly preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Java
• Proficient in Java and its ecosystems, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Familiar with Spring Framework, REST and other common Java frameworks
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
• Previous Management Consulting experience
