Job Title: Java Developer (Contract to Hire) 4 days a week on-site DFW area

Summary of Position:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in Java: Extensive experience with Java SE and EE, including core concepts like multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns.
- Frameworks: Experience with popular Java frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.
- Web Technologies: Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- APIs and Web Services: Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Development Tools: Familiarity with development tools and environments like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Git.
- Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Microservices: Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Testing: Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing.
- Security: Understanding of security protocols and best practices in software development.
*Please note, this role will be a contract to hire with potential conversion with the end client. The role requires 4 days per week of on-site work within the DFW area. This role is not eligible for sponsorship. Seeking U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.
