Job Title: Java Developer (Contract to Hire) 4 days a week on-site DFW area

Summary of Position:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in Java: Extensive experience with Java SE and EE, including core concepts like multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns.
• Frameworks: Experience with popular Java frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Web Technologies: Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• APIs and Web Services: Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Development Tools: Familiarity with development tools and environments like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Git.
• Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Microservices: Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Testing: Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing.
• Security: Understanding of security protocols and best practices in software development.
