Job Summary:

Capgemini is looking for a Java Developer with cloud experience (Azure / AWS)

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners and squad leaders in Agile development to ideate software solutions.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Develop cloud native distributed applications meeting the product requirements.
• Write APIs that meets both the functional and non-functional requirements.
• Test software to ensure functionality, performance, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure team to install the applications to Azure Cloud Platform

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in design and development of Java/J2EE based applications.
• 6+ years of experience with Java/J2ee, Spring Boot Framework & Hibernate and design techniques in a large environment(s) with understanding of distributed concepts, patterns, cloud concepts and multi-threading.
• Experience working within Cloud environment (Azure / AWS)
• Experience building Serverless application and deploying and configuring Azure Functions or similar Serverless deployments in Azure.
• Strong experience in implementing highly scalable streaming and event processing solution. Proven experience in event streaming and messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ or other equivalent platforms.
• Strong relational database experience with ability to design/understand design tables, Complex SQL & data workflows.
