The Dev Lead will join a team building high-performance, low-latency technology to support our patented new corporate bond trading execution protocol, RFX. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to move smoothly between analytical, tactical, and strategic conversations with technical, business, and team leadership. You will be critical in developing consistent and structured coding, which may interact with other applications, cloud-native, or platform-as-a-service. Applications or components of your code may be leveraged across other programs, foundational, or enterprise services.

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team
• Perform requirements analysis
• Develop high-quality and detailed designs
• Identify risk and conduct mitigation action planning
• Review the work of other developers and provide feedback

Required Skills

• 7+ years designing and delivering mission-critical enterprise applications
• 5+ years working with Java, Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience with event-driven distributed systems design and development
• Agile environment using the latest code revision and continuous integration tools and techniques
• History of managing teams of developers and communicating results and timelines to managers
• Extensive experience with Cloud development
• Experience building REST services
• Working knowledge of Linux internals
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.

Salary Range: $225,000 - $250,000 USD annual
