Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:

The person will be responsible for developing end-to-end technical solutions for network & security products for medium & large enterprises. The job requires the individual to work closely with the product management team as well as the IT systems teams to put an end-to-end solution together. Third party vendor evaluation will be part of the job functions. This will be in addition to ideating, conceptualizing, engineering & integrating products with third party software and/or with IT systems with secure interfaces.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 8+ years of software engineering and architecture experience in designing large enterprise scale software solutions of which 5 or more years of experience in leading large & complex software projects.
• Java 8+, Spring Framework, Hibernate, React Native,
• Typescript, Angular13+, Node.JS, express.JS, StoryBook.JS,
• Python
• HTML5/CSS3
• Micro services, Oracle and Postgres DB
• Unix/Linux, windows
• Design Patterns, Restful Web Services
• Agile Methodology, SOLID Principles
• DevSecOps and Automated Testing Framework
• Kubernetes , Docker
• AWS - EKS,ECR,EC2, CloudWatch, S3, RDS and Lambda
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, web infrastructure, networks, databases and security concepts
• Proven communications skills including technical writing and presentation.
• Ability to coordinate & communicate across diverse teams including product management, network planning, network engineering, & software development teams.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in networking and security.
• Strong Experience working with Development methodologies like Agile & Scrum, Experience developing highly scalable application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architecting Microservices using node js/ Spring.
• Detailed design for new API or UI features
• Code reviews and maintenance of the architectural design
• UI Development using Angular, HTML5/CSS
• Handling API Gateway integration using AWS/Node.Js.
• Deploying Microservices into Lambda or EC2 Using CI / CD.
• IaC development with Terraform and Cloud formation Templates and CloudWatch for Microservices.
• Architecting / Developing responsive pages which should align with desktop and mobile devices.
• Solutioning / Developing new user-facing features using Angular. Integrating rest APIs with Angular.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance.
• Translating designs and wireframes into html.
• Building stored procedures / views in PostgreSQL.
• Designing scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analysis, model development, and validation.
• Architecting and developing effective and efficient solutions and building reusable components that the other teams can utilize to solve the business problems.
• Analyzing, developing algorithms, and deploying solutions based on real-world data.
• Working with product managers to formulate the data analytics problem.
• Gathering business requirements and identify use-cases that can improve the efficiency of the system.
• Developing and testing Java application software to modify existing architecture, or implement new architecture.
• Working with business, understanding the business ask in technical terms, designing the solution and directing the team for a robust solution.
• Analyzing systems architecture, both backend and UI, the relationship between various modules, and end-to-end solutions using new technologies.
• Improving existing process improvement methodologies and system-based solutions through Telecom industry best practices.
• Enhancing system architecture to improve automation, system performance, and deployment model within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Setting up and integrating software applications and provide post-rollout application support.
• Evaluating solution alignment with the business and end-user experience.
• Communicating the business value of technical solutions.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• B.S or M.S in Computer Science or Engineering.
