Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Java J2EE Developer. In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. This position is based in Irvine, CA/Charlotte, NC. Candidate can work remotely from anywhere within the US during EST time zone. This position may require relocation and or travel to project location.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in a specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Experience in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Oracle SQL, Amazon Web Services
  • Experience in Microservice
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience working on Postgres database
  • Experience working on Production/Maintenance projects
  • Experience with integrations and the ability to customize features to meet business request
  • Experience configuring existing system and providing user support
  • Experience working with dynatrace/datadog for application monitoring
  • Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, Non-functional requirements (NFRs)
  • Experience working in and have good understanding of Development process like Agile
  • Having good analytical ability
  • Having good communication skills is must as the role requires to perform regular discussion with client and business teams for eliciting the requirements
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
