Java Lead

Position: Software Engineer (5-7 years) Technical Skills: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript, NextJS, React, AWS, APIs, GitHub Actions

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable web applications using Spring Boot and React.
• Design and optimize backend systems and APIs.
• Implement cloud based deployments using AWS
• Experience using DB technologies such as PostGreS
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD best practices using GitHub Actions.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.

• Extensive experience in Java and frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in RESTful API design and backend systems.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of React, NextJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Handson experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Deep understanding of full stack design patterns and designing loosely coupled architecture
• Familiarity with backend systems integration and optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Scrum is required
• Ability to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative way
