Java & SQL Developer

We look for a senior software engineer with Java/SQL expertise, with 2 to 4 years of experience who can work in production support, collaborating closely with business team and understand the requirements / issues and implement the workaround / solution. Responsible for work on the production issues and documentation.

Location for this position is Mexico (Mexico City) in hybrid mode, 2 to 3 days in office.

Mandatory Skillset:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
• English communication at least 70% oral/written
• Understanding of the core Java (2 to 4 years of experience), servlet, web services (REST & SOAP), Batch, SFTP, API, Gateways (at least 1 year).
• Good knowledge on the SQL query, preference: Oracle PL/SQL.

• IBM Sterling OMS production support (PREFERENT) or any OMS (Order management system) knowledge such as SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System, Oracle Retail, Zoho Inventory.
• Domain knowledge on Order management, retail, eCommerce, and Inventory Management.
• Tools: ASPN Ticketing system or ServiceNow, Grafana, Instana, MQ, SQL developer.
• Oracle database.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
