Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java core development and Oracle SQL, with over 8 plus years of professional experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a leadership role within a collaborative environment where your expertise will be highly valued and impactful.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• More than 8 years of experience in Java core development.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Oracle SQL.
• Proven experience with Java frameworks and libraries.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Optional Skills:

• Experience with WildFly server.
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
