Role: Java Lead

Location: Minneapolis, MN / Remote

Job Description:

• Atleast 10+ Years of experience in Java and related web technologies
• Expert in Spring Boot for designing overall System Architecture.
• Able to do software development or programming using SpringBoot, Micro services.
• Expert in Java and object-oriented system design skills
• Experience in building micro services based application using Spring Boot
• Expert with Web API, REST and GraphQL architecture
• Experience in streaming technologies like Apache Kafka
• Expert in using CICD processes for application software integration using Maven, Git, Jenkins.
• Experience dealing with NoSQL databases like Cassandra .
• Experience designing scalable and resilient applications in private or public cloud environments and cloud technologies
• Experience in Utilizing tools such as Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Kibana, ELK, Jenkins
• Agile Software Development (typically Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Able to Understand the Business requirements and write meaningful code.
• Good Communication skills, need to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Business line, Tech team, Architects group, Scrum team)
• Coordination with Onsite-Offshore team
• Good understanding of Banking domain- Knowledge on Wealth management is a plus
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science preferred.
