We are seeking an experienced Agile Technical Lead to join our innovative team. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• The Technical Agile Lead role is instrumental in managing the unique challenges of IoT development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards 

Mandatory Skills

• Java 11.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) in an agile framework (Scrum)
• Experience with different software development methodologies (e.g., TDD - Test Driven Development, BDD - Behavior Driven Development).
• Testing and Debugging: Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize applications for performance, including UI, memory, and network usage.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
• Technology : Java 11+, JSON, corespring, springboot, SQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Kafka, Protocols TCP UDP Bonus: Experience in BPMN, camunda. DMN, good in communication.

• Note : The scope of work is enhancing existing no code application platform (Baseline) using Java, springboot. mongodb etc

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance.
• Architect and implement technical solutions for new features and improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the team informed and adept.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
