About the Client
Our client develops cutting edge technologies for vehicles, ranging from telematics to autonomous driving software. They also use AI to assess data collected, in real-time, from inside and around the vehicle to improve the driving experience.
Typical Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program managers, product owners, business analysts, solution architects, and a variety of engineers
• Implement new functionality as well as enhancements to existing solutions
• Write great code that provides quality solutions for our customers' needs
• Operate in a Test-Driven Development environment

Helpful background knowledge
Background knowledge or experience in building web-scale workflow systems is helpful, with an understanding of the following concepts:

• concurrency,
• multi-threading,
• custom fluent APIs,
• durable workflows,

• functional programming,
• aspect-oriented programming.

General Tools and Technologies

• Azure cloud platform
• Git repos and CI/CD pipelines.

• Java 11 and Java frameworks including Spring, MapStruct, Lombok, AspectJ, JUnit, Hamcrest
• JavaScript, Vue, and popular UI component libraries
• Docker, Kubernetes
• OMA-DM remote management protocol
• OAuth 2.0, OIDC and JWT

• Jira/Confluence for Scrum management and documentation
