Java/J2EE Software Engineer

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design, document, implement, and unit test robust Java software
• Relational database structures and queries for efficient update and retrieval of data
• Web-based user interfaces to identify, administer, and present personalized information in a compelling way
• Participate as part of a cohesive, focused team in project planning, architecture, design discussions, and code reviews
• Perform additional system integration and QA tasks as needed to deliver software on time, with quality

Requirements

Skilled in: Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Maven, Web Services, Oracle, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, Eclipse, SVN Repository, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Kendo UI

High proficiency with the Java language, 3 years of client/server or distributed systems development using Java, SQL required with experience with Oracle considered a plus, Linux or Unix a plus, Logistic Software experience considered a plus

BS in Computer Science or related engineering degree
