About Team

Do you want to find out how we know everything that happens on the Internet first? Do you want to help us evolve our complex tool, which is used to explore social media and web depths?

Join our team focused on listening and cooperating among three amazing cities in the Czech Republic - Prague, Brno, and Pilsen.

What Will You Do Here:

• Planning your development time independently - we believe you should work when and where you’re most effective
• Reviewing code clearly and honestly 
• Expressing your opinions clearly and kindly to the team and the PM
• Collaborate with the rest of the team in order to make our system better
• Separating emotions from work - it’s us against the problem, not against each other
• Digging into issues and coming up with solutions (or good questions)
• Sharing your opinion and insights, as these count and influence the final product
• Debugging code you encounter
• Learn, maintain, and update your skill-set in order to move the platform forward
• Have fun, explore, and experiment

Tools and Technologies You’ll Work With the Most:

• Typescript, React, Node.js
• Redux, Jest
• Elastic, MongoDB, Redis
• CSS preprocessor (Less)
• JIRA, Figma, Slack
• Gitlab, AWS, Docker

Bonus points for:

Familiarity with one (or more) of these:

• Sagas / React.Query (separation of concerns - frontend and business logic)
• Knowledge of React hooks
• Restful patterns (APIs)
• ElasticSearch (ELK)
• SQL and document-based databases (eg. MongoDB)
• Test library (Jest, Mocha, …)
• RabbitMQ
