Comcast's Technology, Product & Experience organization works at the intersection of media and technology. Some roles can work virtual full-time if they are not near a Tech Hub, but that is dependent upon the needs of the position and amount of collaboration required.

When joining Digital Self Service, you will be part of a team that is building tools and creating content / skills for Comcast's Award Winning Xfinity Assistant app. This app allows empowers our customers to interact with Comcast digitally for their day-to-day queries related to managing and troubleshoot their accounts.

Core Responsibilities
- Reviews, writes and edits codes. Conducts analysis to resolve integration needs.
- Researches, writes and modifies code, documentation and technical needs including software design evaluation plans, test results
- Monitors and evaluates competitive applications and products.
- Works with the Quality Assurance team to settle if applications fit specification and technical requirements.
- Applies full use and application of engineering methodologies related to area of engineering specialty.
- Displays knowledge of engineering concepts and skills and knowledge of their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.
